Hi Folks, I'm very fortunate to have a great job that allows me to use all the skills I've accumulated through years of experience. Helping people find a home, whether it be the home of their dreams or a starter home or an investment property can be a very satisfying experience. Prior to becoming a realtor, I was a service manager, then a sales manager for a major corporation where I lead the way in "Quality" principles and training. Customer Satisfaction was the primary measurement of our every effort. It was through that period in my life that I learned the importance of real listening, timely response, patience, and taking appropriate action when needed. I pride myself in paying close attention to the details and knowing that my clients understand what we're doing every step of the way. Having owned a small company called ARS Properties, which bought, rehabilitated, and sold homes that were in need of repair, I can help you evaluate and negotiate. I am the Treasurer of the Commercial Investment Council in Lexington, an organization that is the main driver of commercial real estate sales in this area.
